Jay Lee Harris is a former professional athlete who works as both a coach and personal trainer. Having played professional soccer at some of the highest levels around the world for 13 years in 6 different countries (Jay's Wikipedia entry) he has built up a catalog of information and knowledge that he uses not only to keep himself fit and fresh, but to help others with their individual goals. Throughout his career he worked as both personal trainer and as a coach in his spare time, and has found it both rewarding and enjoyable helping others reach their goals. Understanding the level, needs and wants of his players is very important and he works closely to achieve and further them.
