Barca Red defeated Burbank United convincingly on the road, with multiple Barca players scoring in this match.  Maya Minguela (#99) and Emily Rosenthal (#24) each scored twice, with Maya missing a hat trick by inches.  Taylor Jackson (#5) also registered a goal and shows signs of settling into a heads up way of moving the ball, assisting in Brielle Kidder’s (#16) first goal of the year.  

Brielle made a great cut to the net, recognized by Taylor who fed her a perfect pass that found the net convincingly.  In total, Barca red posted 8 goals, with Gracie Magdeman (#6) and Lena Frankel (#76) also benefitting from a passing game that dominated the clock and the tempo. 

Barca Red has a much tougher opponent next week in Hollywood FC Red, a team they are chasing in the standings and which brings a much more complete game to the field.
