The BU16, BU15, and GU15 teams all played their first round of State Cup this past weekend and all 3 will be advancing to the next round in their respective divisions. Both Boys' teams are playing in the President's Cup and advance to the Round of 32 this coming Saturday. The Girls are playing in the Governor's Cup and advance to the Round of 16.

Dear Barca Members,
The volatility of youth club soccer is a well known and publicized fact in California and elsewhere. There are currently numerous changes going on with Clubs all around us in Southern California. The Rampage has folded, Eagles and Real California have merged, LAFC and Legends have merged and so on.......Barcelona California continues despite the many rumors that always surface about the future of our boutique club at this time each and every year.
This will be the ninth year for the Club and we remain a "Boutique" Club in part by design, but more due to the limited facilities that exist for competitive youth soccer in Calabasas and the surrounding community.
Our members and our existing facilities are our most precious assets. This year we will have some new teams joining, some existing teams will be leaving and we will add some new younger teams to help further cement the future for all club constituents.
The new season starts on April 1st. A meeting for Managers, Coaches and prospective new team officials will be held during the month of March. Please stay tuned for a further announcement on the website if you are a prospective member reading this e-mail.
Again, welcome back to any returning members for another priceless experience of club soccer and welcome to prospective members.
